Focal K2P crossover settings

Focal K2P owners,

What settings do you run on the crossover? I'm currently using -4db on the tweeters and the Mids are set to Flat but the manual recommends High when the woofers are mounted in the doors lower portion. Any comments?

I tried with Mid-High, sounds pretty good. Tw yes, the lowest dB possible, my ears can't adapt to Focal Tw.

have to adjust by ear, u have to be the judge, playing your own songs, and in your own car, not necessary to follow manufacturer, its just a guide..

Hi guys.I have a question.
Recently i installed another unit of k2p on my car and there seems to be a problem.
The volume is the same as it was with 1 unit.
I m wondering if this happened because i didn't installed second crossover but i linked the 2 mids and tweeters in 1 crossover at each door..
For the record my amplifier is Audison VRX2.400 and it plays at 2ohm...
Any help would be appreciated..

Exactly.I haven t installed the crossovers of the second k2p unit..

FYI - you can do up to -7db on K2p (I found out after fiddling and pressing all the buttons on the passive crossover) /152

i think he parallel the 2 mids he has to 1 passive......

now different impedance already, crossover value also different, not advised...

U mean u have two pairs of K2P (4 tweeters, 4 midbass but paired with 2 crossovers)??? These speakers are powered by only one amplifier i.e. Audison Vrx 2.400???
