Where to get parts?

hi guys,

lately i have been visiting many home
hifi shops to shop for a pair of decent
tweeters and all i got was,
"you'll have to order, we don't stock".

does anybody know of any shops that i
may find some decent tweeters?

i am looking for tweeters... some english
brands perhaps.

i was looking at seas at madisound but
do not know which is which, and at the
sametime i am also looking at ebay. but
the cost of shipping is a real killer.

Well... if you plan on getting stuff from madisound, i might want to chip in for a pair or 2 of neo tweeters which probably won't cost too much extra on shipping.

where got hifi shops sell tweeters separately one...all speaker cabinets onlym hehe...luckily they never say u buy this speaker and take tweeter out yourself..hehe..

if u wanna try the tweeters from rogers LS can ask mr liew, he got some left..

also got some KEF, Audax and mordaunt short

Check this comp out http://www.leda.com.sg/ its a little closer to home and you can easily avoid and possible tax issues.

Madisound and Partsexpress have the most items, but you need to know exactly what you are buying. Hope this helps.

I thought PartsExpress don't exactly ship to Malaysia? Or was it that they have crazy shipping prices. I kinda liked getting from Madisound most of the time though. ;) Well... as for the tax issue, you may PM me for the correct HS Code.

tweeters around $70+ per pair. probably shipping is ard
