This would be a place for pure ICE hobbyist and purist to have a good time without any specific need for high end over the limit hardware.

DIY and budget corner would also be an added advantage to be discussed here.

For info also, there will be bandwidth limit here so the speed to access should be must faster, there will be no Advertisement or Banners as this is a profit free forum.
