Should 'Guest' be allowed to view the forum?

Was just thinking ... should we allow Guest to view the forum? All the threads or certain threads only?

Should 'Guest' account be allowed to post for those un-seasonal posters?

IMO,

Leave only the "Lifestyle", "Talk Kok" and "Photography" section open to Guests.

But some people only join if the forum content is good...then how? Can view, but just don't allow to post lah... That's what I think...

from my observation, many ppl just view the buy / sell section ....

however, i understand some members who wish to stay silent and observe / learn, their position will be respected ..... from now on, only members whose last log in is 3 months ago will be deleted ....

hopefully ... these ppl would be members as the forum was created for all our benefit .....

Yup...I think it's better. Don't u think 3 months is too short? 6 months is reasonable I guess...

3 month is more than reasonable if is based on last login, alot of things can happen in 3 months duration.... /69

Guests should be strip searched, molested and probed before using the forum. LOL.

OK lah, on a serious note I believe guests should at least introduce themselves before making use of the forum.  /110 That way we can curb on any form of abuse on the forum.
