I am considering to downgrade my HU (Pionner P80) to digital media player.

I was considering Pioneer or Alpine. Anyone has experience with either of this 2 HU???

Without the imprint thing... how is the sound reproduction?? I notice that it only has bass and treble for user to adjust.

yes true, but u add imprint it will become like p80 already. got active crossover lol. so what is the point of downgrading and adding more cash with imprint... will end up more expensive than p80 liao

keep the p80. i have using the alpine ida-x200 with the imprint, p80rs2, dex-p9 + deq-p9 and now dex-p99rs. the p80 is the best compare to the alpine ida. if u ensist using the usb drive just buy the usb adapter for the p80rs it maybe cost u about rm 200 for the used ones. for sq u will mist of using the cd as your source.
