It actually depends on the type of music you listen to and your priorities on what makes a good hi-fi sound. If the laid back warmness of a Tube setup suits you by all means..

Tru Tru ... i am kinda laid - back easy going type of music preference ..

more importantly i focus more on vocal than those bass, although i do prefer it more dynamic sometimes ...

It is without doubt that the particular "distortion" made by a valve setup contributes to the well loved sound.

heh... as the person who started the tube sounds better in the ICE forums... I find that tube's have more distortion at higher volumes. But at moderate volumes it is pretty inaudible so it doesnt really matter.

How about the theorem or myth telling Vacuum tube when get hotter it sound better due to power dissipation

Truth (literally) is always hard to swallow. Sometimes we just need to avoid telling the truth, even to our loved ones...

That's why I've said, if it's beautifull sound you're going for, then tubes are for you.
But if you want strictly uncoloured sound, then high quality solid state design is best for you.
