So for the time being which one give more impact change amp or Mid Bass ????

Mid bass : Focal 136 KX (The old kevlar series; 5.25")
amp : RF oldschool a200

What is limiting the SQ u want? I.e. not enough dynamics, lack clarity, not enough bass, soundstage too difussed, etc, etc.

definitely speaker will do more than amp.

limiting SQ not enough Front Bass; want to bring the mid bass sound to the front stage;
Got woofer though but the mid bass is not at the front stage;
EX. low key of Guitar Note not clearly emphasis and being reflected on the Door panel. The mid Range sound is okey; therefore if I want to install 6.5" and flushed it and also want to change the amp as well to better than RF in term of SQ
kind of contemplating here; I like the mid range of my mids but do not really like the mid bass of my mids, that another issue

Looks like you got it figured out. Unless your current amp doesn't have the oomph to drive the speakers you'll prob'l wanna upgrade the speakers first.

Change to a hoocymama 7" midbass. Bass upfront guaranteed.

ya la have to change the front mids from 5.25 to 6.5", the old rf amp can still use one..
