^Good points stated, Brian. But then certain things you must know that :
1. music is subjective, this is up to personal taste. No 1 can force another to agree to his taste.
2. this is a hobby forum, not a place to use god and bible, maybe you shall consider to delete the replies when a person(in V2, Octave used it to show his fear against me) simply use it. God is for us to praise, not use it simply.
3. if you are sensitive enough, your should read the news that happen before Raya, where the 2 racist headmaster using similar remark like yours, even earlier than that a politician also using the excat statement. But what happen to them? They are being labeled as racist. You may think your statement is nothing, but not to others.
4. now I starting to understand why a member only sell his stuffs here but never ask question, instead he ask question on other forums.

Octave, basically, you only scare of me, the sam terms, unfair, dishonest or what ever terms you no need to keep on repeat and repeat and repeat, there's no point. And using god to hide your own fear?

Bro Kyo, i agree on your point 1 and 2, but beg to differ on the third... that racist case happened in public, and by no reason, certain people being screwed by headmaster... The sentence mentioned by Brian meant for "anyone" who's creating a havoc, see... its not just against you but to anyone who tried or trying to flame... relax bro, don't easily get provoked...  /64 /64

can I be frank .... ?

sigh ... what a shame ! i see you as  a person of gifted talents .
unfortunately , you do not seem to harness your talents
into proper perspective . yet you yearn for respect and recognition .
you are a smart guy . you understood clearly that I know your
potentials .

well , it matters not of my opinion .  because  my view will
change nothing to others perception of you . in fact , it is only
you who have the power to change anything in your inner self .

at any rate , if you want respect , you must first respect yourself  .
and you respect yourself by being fair and honest to yourself .
then it's good friend , recognition , will tag along .

now ... why are you so unfair and dishonest to your self  ?

you were unfair to yourself . because you never treat yourself
as equal with others . please do not use unethical means to defend
yourself . only a handicapped man uses an stick to assist in
his mobility . prove yourself as equal to others by so discarding
the unethical means ( incoherent expressions ) . and you will soon
be equal to others , if not more .

besides ... you are dishonest to yourself . because you are in self denial
mode when others give statement to a certain effect . as an example ,
refer to your previous posting ( reply 50 ) . by the way , this is my
respond to the posting which you were seeking from me .

if a fact is true , I change do nothing to change it . I am not God .
and I do not wish to become God . because there is only one God .
I will be a very lonely person upstairs , you know . that's very unfair .

if God can participate in this forum ....

can I be frank ... ?

hehehe .... i certainly can consider it ...

P.S.
am I scared of you ?
as you aware , this was my second posting of the deleted thread .

you have been consistently distorting facts to suit your agenda .

zac, excatly, I agree with you on this..... I know Brian were not against me(may be or may be not, it's over and I forgot about that already, don't force me to remember back history, haha), but then, such remark shall not be use by any means, especially from leader in any form(in this case, mod on this forum). That's why no.4 comes in.

^Boss, you forgot about another important point : no religion talk allowed. Like using god or bible is a good example.

boss has taken seriously your point into consideration .

I am sure you know the definition of metaphor ... a figure of speech .
for example ,

boss is drowning in paperwork .

the question is : can paperwork drowns boss ?

hehehe ... just as you are now acting god-like that god and bible cannot be use
in this forum . I agree absolutely ... what I disagree however is that it can be used
as a figure of speech .

or ...I say you are not an angel . you are really not an angel ... but what I meant is
you are not a goodie person .

are you .... ?

ahoy ....

at last ... the ship is almost ready to sail ...

the foundations are in place :

    1.   the rules are established for the conduct of the forummers .

in other words , the bible for the moderators , as it empowers
them the authority to instill discipline amongst the participants .

   2.    there are also examples of abuses by the moderators .

hopefully they will avoid these abuses at all cost .

inspite of these favorable conditions , there will be unforeseeable circumstances
in the future where the rules has no provisions for such instances . just like a
ship lost in the open seas using the gps to fix the co-ordinates relying on three
set points , the moderators too shall have to rely on three cardinal rules :

          i.   be fair and honest

whether the so-called infringement displays any fairness and
honesty in its content in relation to the circumstance .

         ii.   be sensitive

whether there was any intention of contempt or disrespect to
               the aggrieved parties

        iii.   be accountable

whether there was any desire to uphold some element of standards

applying the above three principles in unchartered seas shall guide this forum
to reach it's destination in a just and honorable fashion .

setting a trend ...

hehehe .... for others to emulate

liiiiiift the anchoooor ....

hehehe ...

bon voyage ... monsieur

you know , the captain of a ship has a safety box in his cabin to keep important documents .

likewise , the moderators of any forum should rightfully reserved an archive for deleted postings for the following reasons :

     i.   to ascertain the accuracy of accusation/allegation between two or more
          feuding parties ,

ii.    to ascertain the fairness in the deletion of a posting by other
          moderators/forummers .

iii.    to enable new moderators to grasp an understanding of fairness , thus
preserving the highest standard of justice practiced by outgoing moderators

with this philosophy in mind , i can speculate nothing , but a nirvana at the end of the journey .

so stay on course ....

and keep your respective dreams ... alive

so do i .....
