i didnt calculate, but i have a table for the caps & corresponding frequency values, so correct or not dunno la depends on the person who published that table, hehe anyways cant hear any difference between 12045 and 12057 rite? hehe...

u can also find the value chart from the 12 volt link given.

it depend what u want to use ur capasitor as.
if u just want as an protection i think u better get cap value at much higher say 20uf. for a 2khz cut
then u may still able to use ur active cross to tune ur frequency.
