Topic: How to identify fake DLS ra40??

Guys, i know there are some fakie in the market, and someone told me to differentiate a A8 is to check the wire behind, but no one talk about how to differentiate a fake RA40, could someone please enlighten me? about to get one...

the A8 was looking at RCA input, fake got red colour line for positive, ori got no difference, both +ve and -ve is black line

RA40 no idea la, the A8 also was from the net, other DLS dealers help pun the pics up on DLS website

only advise i can give is to buy from reputable shops who are authorised dealers.  if u buy 2nd hand, make sure got distributor's sticker, and then maybe u can call them up to check against the serial number

yes NTC, older models would be Pro-Ice

I've got this problem sometime ago... like 2 years ago :)

Just look into your amp outside or inside for some identification of the amp. Then just email to dls support. I'm surprise that they do reply me with an answer :) Very helpful ppl.
