help me choose HU

i'm going for 2nd HU under budget of 1k
wat i found is these

1.Pioneer 9650
2.Kenwood KDC-MP8533
3.Alpine CDA 7998R (dont like it much coz of the old look and funny size)
4.Alpine 9887 (rm1288 new) is this 1 ok?

any other good hu 2 reckon?

yea...2nd hand unit...but the alpine is so old...n the look of it just doesnt attract me at all..

how does it sound compare 2 the other i listed....

btw hows eclipse 7100?

home audio: pioneer dvd, sony cd player, soundstage 1.5se, tannoy sixes standmount.

home video: jvc dvd player, pioneer av amp, tannoy center, tannoy mx2 front standmount, tannoy cp5 surround wallmount, jbl active sub, lg 32" monitor wallmount.

photography: canon powershot, olympus dslr evolt.

yes, compare to Alpine...I feel P80 has advantage in staging....

i thought staging is based on tuning placing and angling? HU also makes a difference with staging...

I compare with Alpine 9855....I just feel the Alpine's staging stay in the general area..but however a bit wanders

Correct me if i am wrong...Just my 2 cents...
