Tweeter protection for active setup

Hi all sifu,

can anyone tell me how to calculate the correct value of capacitors to use to protect my tweeter in active setup but it wont kacau the frequency pass through.

browse through this site, but cant get the value:

my crossover point for my tweeter: 3150 hz at 4ohm

To protect tweeter, you should use a 'light bulb' like some OEM crossover.
It will prevent DC leakage.

something like 20 microfarad for 2000Hz, or lower is 40microfarad for 1000hz

Caps wont prevent DC leakage from amp.

just buy a 40 mf cap la, youre choices are limited to whats available in the market...

zenn, 40mfd cap is for ur tweeter cutting at 2000hz.. mine is at 3150hz, so whats the cap value should i use?
