[Help} Where to buy the Screw in RCA Terminator

I had tried to looked for the screw in the RCA terminator at following area, but i failed to get it

Can anyone tell me where to get it

Seached at
- Pasar Road all Electronic Shop & Audio Shop (i even cant find the similar terminator with screw)
- Asia Screw Specialist shop at Jln Loke Yew
- Optical Shops at Pavillion, ie England, Insight.
