Because of budget quite limited, i got these 2 options as my 1st stage in ICE. Next stage maybe adding sub or maybe play 3 way and so on..many more to come.
But now, i want u guys opinion...which is better :
OPTION 1
---------
- HU : Mcintosh MX406
- Amp : Mcintosh MC427 / ARC FD4100
- Comp set : Rainbow CSX265 (Dreamline model - entry level) - 2 way with passive xover
OPTION 2
---------
- HU : Pioneer entry level (can't remember the model)
- Amp : Mcintosh MC427 / ARC FD4100
- Comp set : Rainbow CSX265 (Dreamline model - entry level) - 2 way with passive xover BUT upgrade the stock CAL20 silk tweeter of the rainbow to Scanspeak 70000 (highest end) tweeter but retain the stock passive xover that cut at 4200Hz
This is the CSX265 i mention :

http://car.rainbow-audio.de/products/technical.php?lan=2&pro=1&lin=9so, between these 2 options....which will yield more SQ with the limited budget (all the 2 options will make me spend almost similar RM)
