Nothing you can do with the ns40 battery. just buy a good quality transformer with high ampere output will do.
adding a cap will help stabilise the voltage too
I did own a 20A transformer parellel with 1F cap last time, supplying to my existing HU & a soundstream amp at home.

hope it helps... just 2 cents

First - connect the charger to the battery +ve and -ve.
Second - connect the battery +ve to amp +ve.
Third - connect the battery -ve to amp ground.
Fourth - connect the battery +ve to amp remote. (Better to add a switch in between so that you can switch off the amp when not in use.)

Since you are only powering a component set, the NS40 should last you a few hours at normal listening volume.

Note: make sure the battery location is ventilated.

- Can i just connect direct, when i am not in use i just pull the remote out?

- Can i on the charger at the same time?

Bonus question :

1. Where to i add 1F voltmeter Cap?
2. If i were in a room, can i close all doors while listening i.e. battery is running in the room.
3. What are the box dimensions or method of building one? size? sealed or ported?
Planning to use 2 comps with passives, the MBQ Premium 4" comps passive and Q Series 3" comps with passive.

Don't mind all the questions yah... cheeers! anyone wanna help DIY here?

1. Yes, you can connect the remote direct to the battery.
2. Yes, you can let the charger on while amp is running.
3. Cap can be connected parallel to the battery.
4. Better to ventilate the room. Don't know how much gas the battery discharge?
5. Running without subwoofer requires a ported design if not system cannot go low.
For the box design need the Theile/small parameters and run the datas on WinISD.

IMO 4" or 3" components can't really play low. If you have a 4-channels amp, I would suggest
to add a 8" woofer (ported) to play the lower frequency. The 4" can be a sealed box in this
case.
