This serves to be the first DIY tutorial that I post online. Hope this helps the DIY people in the forum here. Now today's topic is:
How to easily dismantle the manual window wind-down handle without scratching the door panel.1st, These are the tools that you need and will see, a piece of thin hairy cloth(cotton i presume), a screw driver(optional). Also in the picture is the manual window wind-down handle(here on known as handle) after its dismantle, a piece of white plastic that separates the handles from the door panel, and also the U clip in place.

2nd, this is my old school Daihatsu Charade door panel with the handle. Now as many have tried to take this handle off but couldn't make out how because normally you can't see where you could go forth from here.

3rd, take the piece of cotton cloth, and slit it in between the handle and the door panel, if you could see the white plastic, be sure to slit the cloth in between the handle and the white plastic.

4th, while holding the cloth in place, wind-down the window by turn the window. until you see the clip popping out from the side. Be sure to pay attention during this process. You don't want to risk loosing the U-clip.

5th, take the U-clip off the handle. Now in the picture, i used a screw-driver to do this. But personally I don't recommend this as you might risk scratching your lovely door panel. Use your fingers instead. If you really have to use a screw driver, make sure you handle it with care.

6th, Pull the handle out from the door panel. You have successfully dismantled the handle.

Now to reinstall,1st, reinstall the U-clip on the handle.

2nd, place the white plastic in place, then push the handle into place till you heard a clip sound. and you are done.

Now, you have uninstall and reinstalled your handle.
